An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.
Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.

I think there's no way to know. Before when I was severely depressed, I believed my parents and my sister didn't care about me and they would be just fine. Now, I can see that they do care and would be very sad. It's something I feel guilty over now, so I can relate. It's hard to feel okay with CTB when you have people who care and would be devastated.
i know it would break her heart. but if i do finally end it, how long would it take for her to recover? again she has another daughter that actually has a reason to exist unlike myself
After reading up on a lot experiences of bereavement due to ctb, they'll adjust to it but "recover" in a sense where it's something they can move past is something that won't happen, they'll learn to live and cope with it over time but they certainly won't be able recover from it.
Unfortunately there is not 100% recovery, its the biggest trauma posible in any mom's life.
Nonetheless you could do some things to minimise the suferring:
- leave a clear, concise, objective Letter
- make prepaid funeral arrengements
- leave your funeral clothes already cleaned and organized
- close all your accounts
- make a will or schedule 100% money transfer to her
- donate all your clothes
- organize all your documents
- CTB in a neutral place, where she is not the one who has to clean the mess and be the first one to see your body (example: chain hotel room)
...
Just try to eliminate all possible hassle. It will somehow help her.

Im on this site because I am so freaking sick, in pain, with other rare conditions. Otherwise I wouldn't even consider going like this. There are a lot of sorrows to be had in life but there can also be a lot of joy. Not sure of your situation but if life isn't too painful, please try to live for the ones who love you. Hugs.
