Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I heard it's not exactly painless but how painful is it really?

I have read about headache and some trouble breathing, like the kind you have when you are exhausted after running. Recently someone mentioned stomach cramps which scared me a bit.

There's also the racing heart if you do it without benzos. That's what concerns me the most because I hate feeling my heart beat

propranolol should take care of that

I saw that the PPeH doesn't recommend it anymore. Plus, I unfortunately threw my propranolol out when I was getting off my meds...

Me too. Throwing up does not scare me that much. But dizziness bothers me too

Sad thing is I'm probably going to have to do it without benzos since my therapist said it's hard to get someone to prescribe it to you since they're so addictive. Which means I'll have to deal with all those symptoms and likely throw up and have to drink a second glass. The thing that sucks about throwing up and having to drink a second class is that that means I'll have to do it at home and traumatize my grandma
What's wrong with it?
From what I remember, there's no real proof that it makes things more peaceful

Please consider that this is something you should not do where a loved one may find you, i understand circumstances aren't the best when it comes to planning things out but keep this in mind.

I know, but I'm not sure if I have a choice. Only other private spot I could find would be in the woods at night and if I throw up my car will be a mess or I'll more likely be found outside my car and might be saved. Maybe I could get a hotel room?
