How much liquor would it take to die by alcohol poisoning ? Any mixtures with other things you'd think help ? I tend to drink heavily from time to time, only once did it put me in the hospital.

Sn is still my method of choice. Haven't purchased it yet but I will as soon as I start working again. Even if I don't take it when received, atleast I'll have it ready. Guess the fact I'm going to get me another bottle today makes me want to ask.

I doubt it can be a quick death, it's unlikely to kill... even if you fill a bath & set yourself on fire... I think your organs would survive...

I read about what craving means. Alcohol is craving b vitamins. They are needed to create red blood cells that carry oxygen. I read that fishes (not sure which or all?) produce alcohol in their body to protect their cells from the effect of low oxygen... When in bad waters...

Lack of b fails to renew nerves & they waste away in psychotic agony. I take supplements.

It helps my brain damage, easier to learn about ctb methods.

I hesitate between partial hanging and SN.

If you are used to drink your body will adapt... It'd take more to poison you. I wonder if you'd have more chance to poison yourself with water. People died, they diluted their blood minerals... It was a water drinking contest with people cheering... Pressure...

I think even drowning would be too slow & horrible.

Would be nice dying doing what you live but I think OD of fentanil has more chances?

uhm that depends on your tolerance, body weight, what you have eaten today, hydration etc etc etc
A very unreliable way to CTB and more self harm than anything else.
I am sorry you are struggling with so much pain.

I have considered this method. As someone who has a nearly zero tolerance for alcohol since I have rarely had a drink in 37 years, I reckon if I drank a bottle of Vodka it would be enough to kill me.

A few months ago I was going through a very bad patch with Depression and drank enough to pass out for 5 hours. I was in no pain and if I had died from alcohol poisoning, I just never would've woken up again. It would've been the ideal way to go.

I wonder how it works for others who accidentally go this way. Alcoholic ketoacidosis is the diagnosis I was given in the hospital. I find it funny how "sudden death" is a possibility with this. I wonder had I not went would I still be here
