How much SN to take ?

I googled and found that ,the lethal dose of sodium nitrite is 71mg/kg of body weight. While the guide states that you only need 20mg of SN per 50ml of water.
My weight is 68kg so Iethal dose for me would be 71×68=4828mg or 4.828 grams.
What should I follow? 5 grams or 20mg per 50ml water one?
