i'll take antiemetic beforehand. I might get ahold of some PURE heroin (i know its not cut w/ fent or tranq) and im wondering how much do I take? Also I don't have a mg scale... i'll need to eyeball it. Do I snort, eat or smoke as much as I possibly can?
