I keep visualizing myself jumping off the bridge and it scares me.

How long does it take to die from charcoal? If it doesn't go as planned, is there brain damage as a result?

I think a couple hours. Read about a guy on here being pulled from his tent. Curious about this too. Would be easier to just get drunk and fall asleep over kicking a chair and hanging.

2-3 hours maybe, but it really depends if the concentration of CO is high enough. Yes, there will be brain damage, if you survived.

Make sure the bridge is high enough though. You can fuck yourself up more if it's not.

im thinking 50 ft should work
Lostallhope says 150 feet if landing on solid surface and 250 feet if on water is almost certain death whether you land on your head or not. But maybe they made it higher just to be sure.

Not much cost, grill, bag of coals, fluid. Tried it, brain damage? Possibly slower thought processing, thought to speech seems more difficult, no lasting physical effects although there can be with kidneys. Seemed pleasant with 12 beers and half a bottle whiskey, the absolute crap life I could have saved myself if it had worked 17 years ago.

I weep when I hear of failed CO charcoal attempts, but I'm glad the effects weren't so severe for you. What went wrong with your attempt?

It seemed to have helped with a generalized anxiety problem I had so I was better able to cope. Plus I found a high paying job and I thought there may be some hope after all.

I think the vehicle was simply too large (suburban).
