Help How many mg of Olanzapine should I take for it to work as an anti-emetic?

I am preparing to CTB with SN, I couldn't find any info regarding to my question. I'd be greatful if you could lmk what you think is the best amount.

Olanzapine is an effective antiemetic agent - Navari - Annals of Palliative Medicine

This article says that just 5 mg has an antiemetic effect. I'm probably going to take 10 mg 6 hours before SN and another 10 mg 2 hours before though, just to be sure. 20 mg is a normal antipsychotic dose.
