How many days should I stay off antipsychotics in order to CTB with pentobarbital?

I wasn't aware that antipsychotics affected barbiturates affects on a person? Man, it seems like there are a thousand tiny ways to fail trying CTB. I have tried and failed myself. Who knew it'd be so hard.
