Hey so I have a kind of specific question. This is just half out of curiosity since I can't find any information anywhere online without google blocking the results. I was wondering how many bottle of perfume or cologne a person would need to consume to go unconscious or die. I'd also like to know how painful it'd be and how long it would take. What are the chances of death if you're alone and don't report it to anyone?

The toxic ingredient in perfume is ethanol, which is alcohol. Your question essentially boils down to "how much alcohol is deadly", which is really not that simple to answer. It depends on the purity of the ethanol in the specific perfume (is it 60% ethanol? 70? 90?) And even then, it depends on your weight, your metabolism, whether you drink often, etc.

My immediate reaction is that it's probably not a good idea to attempt this. For the same reason I'd advise against ctb by alcohol. Your body will fight it. Just swallowing it would be a challenge, let alone keeping it down. But it's probably doable. With a bit of research and back-of-the-napkin math, I'm guessing two or three bottles could be deadly; again, it depends on your metabolism.

At any rate, do not take my word for it. Do your research. May you find your peace o7

Again, don't take my word for it, though. I made two Google searches, one simple multiplication and I have a very cursory understanding of alcohol toxicity from being an alcoholic. I am in no way qualified to give this advice.

Please take care, and I hope you find your peace, whatever that looks like o7

Please don't do that. It would be torture.
