How long does it take for SN to be delivered?

I ordered some SN from the web-site beginning with E that isn't Ebay about 3 weeks ago, and I've not received it yet.
I didn't keep the e-mail saying it had been dispatched, so I've got no way of tracking it. I've done a search for SN, but nothing comes up now so I can't contact the seller.
I've tried to contact the web-site, but got no response other than this is a notification only e-mail address. And I'm too shy to phone.
I don't know what to do.

Well, you need to somehow contact your seller and ask them. We can't really tell you how long it will take for you, for me it took approximately 3 weeks. If your seller is G I could give you the contact information. I don't know much about the other sellers tho.

It depends, but it took me exactly one month in the spring when lockdown was starting

Apparently that website has stopped selling sn now.
