I'm sorry to be a scrouge but I really don't fucking understand how purposeful drowning is possible. Humans overall float. I don't believe in the methods described that lead to drowning.

If you hyperventilate and submerge, you would likely die, though. There is a reason military members and divers etc. are warned of this.

Drowning sounds like it's a tough way to go.

It might help if you were sedated to the point of unconsciousness before you went in.

one of the reasons that i want to kill myself is that im so scared of drowning that id rather kill myself and secure a peaceful method.
