Help How long before ctb is it advisable to open the SN?

Could someone let me know how long before ctb would it be advisable to open the SN so that it doesn't get contaminated? I would replace the cap immediately of course.. Someone I knew said they'd do it 2 hours beforehand. I'll probably have to use that time to test the stuff. Would 24 hours beforehand ok?

Also in case I abort the ctb for some reason and plan to do it say 3-4 days or maybe upto a week later max. Would the SN still be good enough for ctb at that point?

it should not be a problem. If for some strange reason no moisture gets into your SN, you will still be able to use it.

Normal thing :). CTB is not an easy thing and the brain tries in every possible way to dissuade you from this idea.
