Help How hard is it to drown myself?

I think drowning is the only option I have left but I don't know how to do the procedure how to keep myself from floating
I don't care if it's painful as long as reach my end goal

The best option is to probably sedate yourself and tie your hands or feet so you can't struggle while you're unconscious. You can also use a weighted vest to keep yourself from floating.
