It's up there with self-immolation and cutting as one of the least effective and most agonising methods. I can't even imagine how your throat and stomach would feel doing this. And then to not even die? Horrible.
Zero. Sorry for the curt response, but I want to hammer home the point. No one has ever drank bleach, by itself or in combination with something else, and died a peaceful death.
No. Unless you can get a doctor to give you general anaesthetic and pour the bleach down your throat.

Mixing ammonia and bleach produces chlorine gas, which, in addition to being highly explosive, is extremely irritating the the nose and throat, and was for this reason used in the trenches in WW1. Doing this would be just as bad as drinking the bleach on its own.

Look, I have drunk bleach one time to kill myself and it is one of my biggest regrets. It's absolutely disgusting and you will get a hell of a gastritis (and stay alive).

hydrogen sulphide gas
Apparently you can make it with house hold items. Cleaning products , steel wool pads. Etc.
