Method how fatal is it to die from aerosols from deodorant spray?

so i have heard a lot about deodorant sprays, specifically those include aerosols. where you spray it into a towel or directly into your nose..they say it causes a cheap high but death can often happen. also something called sudden sniffing death syndrome

how fatal is it? do you go peaceful?? are there any chances i will wake up with brain damage or nerve damage?

I am going to tell you that successfully dying with no pain or fear is hard as fuck. If not, this website would not exist.
