How exactly did the Heaven's Gate cult members ctb

From what i can gather they took a mix of barbiturates, alcohol and suffocation
and though the exact details are hard to come by. It would be interesting
to know the dosages which they went by to ctb.

I mean if i lived in the us, i would just get myself
some fentanyl and be done with it.

f i knew a pain free recipe for an overdose,
it would provably be my go to. and An overdose of
barbiturates and alcohol isn't that bad a way to go.

I had a friend who dies in their sleep a few years back at a house party after an overdose,
and from what i gathered from people who had attended the party,
nobody even noticed that my friend had died. they all said assumed he had just passed out
and he wasn't discovered dead until the next morning when someone tried to wake him.

okay, its clear they didnt overdose.
They took a load of phenobarbital mixed with apple sauce,
washed it down with vodka, and tied a bag over their heads.
Not much different to the original exit bag method which
called for sleeping tablets which I tried once before.

And god was that a painful experience.

Well i took seroquel as its all i had. and i remember reading the original exit bag method at the time.
Ironically what led me to first discovering the peaceful pill handbook was actually a movie where a sick
homeless woman living in her car mentioned that she had a solution to her problems
and read a book by Dr Death. I shit you not the l;ine in the movie was Dr Death.
and a quick internet search led me to discover exit international. It was like I had found
what I had been searching for my whole life. A way out.

that said the method called for sleeping tablets and to put the
bag over your head when your about to pass out.
The seroquel wasnt knocking me out fast enough. and so
When i put the bag over my head nothing happened.
I wasn't passing out all that was happening was that
I was slowly suffocating.

I tried it so much that My ear lobes went blue,
which is a sign of carbon dioxide poisoning.
Your basically just chocking with a bag tied over your head.
In no ways is the bag even comfortable.
it gets sweaty due to the moisture in your breath
and you just end up taking the bag off because
you literally cant breath and your chest is hurting.

The point is to reach the Glasgow Coma Scale score 3. Not obtainable with ordinary sleeping pills.

You need to really knock yourself out for the exit bag method...I think a very high dose of seroquel could do. If you had been taking seroquel for a long time them the sleeping effect might not be enough

At the time of the event, I lived a few blocks over from the house where the cult members were found. It was surreal to watch police cars and EMT vans move in and out of the neighborhood. Strange days indeed.
