apparently i really like to ask questions on here
question is in the title, "how does the state of the world affect your mental health"
i think in my case it depends on the day
some days im just like, "whatever, i dont read the news anyway, i dont care"
or it's: "dang, the state of the world is a bit... not great, that's really a bummer man, makes me not wanna be here as much" which, again i barely read the news
i dont stay updated on the state of the world whatsoever
i basically just live in my own tiny little bubble and hear tiny little bits of what's going on there
war, protests/strikes, etc.
[for example, a safeway that i sometimes go to is going on strike, so i wont be able to shop there but i dont got a car and it's the only store in walking distance]
which is fine
actually good for all the stores under albertson going on strike
but yeah, sometimes when i think about the state of the world i'm a bit disheartened, but not necessarily to where it'd severly affect my mental health, just a small "dang" more so
what about y'all?
[sorry for the bad grammar and all that, im tired]
