Help How do you use a shotgun to kill yourself?

How do you use a shotgun to kill yourself? it kicks back when you shoot it and i'm afraid it will kick back when i try to shoot myself and am afraid to miss my brain and don't want to end up shooting my face off

It's going to kick, but remember the that the "shot" is already going to be coming out the end of the barrel when it does. Are you not planning on placing the barrel well into your mouth?

If I were going to use a shotgun, I'd place the butt of the gun on the floor, lean forward over the barrel and move my mouth onto the barrel, then reach down and squeeze the trigger. This way you're not really holding the gun, it's being supported by the floor and your mouth.

Here's a gruesome pic of someone who used a shotgun, but apparently did not place the barrel into their mouth, but to the side of their temple instead. WARNING it is very gruesome. I don't know if any of the picture is photo-shopped or not.

I think the scariest part is if one fails, they won't even know. It's the same as being dead but it would be a big financial burden on family

Did you look at the picture? I don't really know how someone could fail with a shotgun loaded with buckshot. Yes, I'm sure a few incidents have happened, but it has to be about as rare as you can get. You're unlikely to find a method closer to 100% certainty than this one. It's gruesome. No doubt about that. But, if it's what someone wants, it's basically a one and done deal.

Yeah I looked at it. Somehow I thought that just makes someone brain dead but their rudimentary physical functions work bc the brain stem is not hit. It's the frontal lobe etc. I guess I overestimated how much humans could survive with

Well, that's the damage a shotgun does. You don't survive that, even if you happen to not hit the brain stem. A human skull vs. a shotgun is no match. Like I said before, the only way I could even visualize someone surviving a shotgun CTB is if they pulled the gun out of their mouth at the split second they're squeezing the trigger and only somehow shot the side of their face. Other than that happening, it's lights out. Of course if someone wants to leave a "pretty" corpse, this is not the method.

I thought you need to tilt it lower. Like aim at the bottom of the curve of back of head

I read it here about the TZone, but I think that's more safe and to control the shotgun inside the mouth.

Is it possible to reach the trigger? As the shotgun barrel is really long.

It's easy to not fail. Just stand in knee to waist deep water at a lake or the sea.

so, just so everyone knows... at least in the US anyhow... When they come to take your body they do not clean up whatsoever... Your family have to pay a cleaning service which is onwards of 200$ last time I checked (Very long story). Doing something like this OUTSIDE is preferred.
