Made a mistake by ordering 2 same books, now I feel bad because I have to pay extra for shipping fee and others.
Mistakes and things that doesn't go my way for example, accidentally spoiling my own stuff gets me all the time.
Starting to feel that I am really unlucky all the time.

I cut myself, but I don't recommend it. It's the only way I can calm down though.

I try to make sure i learn at least something when i muck up, in the hope i won't repeat the same, can take a while to stick sometimes but i get there in the end.

I understand selfharm & why it sorta helps, but folks please, you are only hurting yourself even more & that's the last thing you need.
To the Op, yes you now have 2 of the same book, try twisting the negative round, you may now have a book that you can sell on, or you may know someone who would love a copy, sometimes it's the little things that we can reprogram our brains to react differently to that will help with the bigger, harder stuff.

I used to get angry with myself even to the point of self-hatred but now I say 'learn from it and move on'.

I'm so hard on myself when I make even the smallest mistake. Just remember that a week from now you probably won't even be thinking about this anymore.

I hurt myself mentally or physically. As my way to atone. I need to punish myself for every mistake I make. Because it's only right to do so.

I find making more mistakes to cover up the last mistake helps to distract from the mistake before that... But really, just say woops and dont think about it and try to be more diligent in the future. Self care helps, take a bath, do something nice, when youre soothed and calm its easier to be proactive. I love screwing up because that means i get a consolation smoothie. And a consolation shower. And a consolation shopping spree. And before you know it a whole consolation great day...with a blown paycheck..but then its consolation naptime! Yea!

I destroyed my hair the other day lol! Had no choice but to shave it quite short again. This is what I get for trying to do it myself. Anyway, yea so it's a good thing I have a couple wigs and hats lol! I was devastated at first and let it ruin my day, but I only let it bother me for one day. That's my rule. Seems to take me like the day of the event till the next morning to get over a mistake that I feel was preventable. If something more serious happens yea I'm sure it might be harder to get over it but for things that aren't totally life altering.

I can pull it off but I miss having longer hair. Not the work though lol! Long hair can be more work depending on your hair type and how often it needs to be washed etc.

I won't say "don't feel bad" as that's impossible but try not to be too hard on yourself. We are all human and mistakes are easy to make - even more so if we are tired of stressed or not thinking clearly.

I, too, hate it when I spoil something by mistake eg when I spill coffee on a book or anything clumsy. It always helps if I share my clutziness with a friend - I find they then tell me something they've done similar and it makes me feel better, that I'm not alone in doing these things.

Try not to dwell on your mistakes - easier said than done, I know! Allow yourself say five minutes at the start of the day when you will let yourself think about it then tell yourself your time on that subject is over.

What if someone keeps making the same mistake again and again?

You or someone else?

I have three successive times failed to put a cup under the coffee maker after turning it on... I just laugh at myself now for being such a moron and get out the floor cleaner

I'd like to preface this by saying this is not a healthy approach.
---
Hatred. Hatred is the strongest feeling a human being can muster. I've read that anger and sadness remain in the human mind for roughly three days, while happiness resides for about two hours.
It's much easier to concentrate on the negatives than the positives, so that's what I do. It feels putrid, tbqh, but after a few repeating mistakes, I no longer repeat them, since the mere idea of repeating the same mistake more than twice makes my brain nauseous. Actually doing so is painful beyond my ability to describe it.

Starting to feel that I am really unlucky all the time.

As someone who was told by their parent that I'm not allowed to make mistakes and gets ridiculed and/or yelled at whenever something isn't perfect, I try to tell--remind--myself that it's human to make mistakes. Humans aren't perfect and it's unreasonable to think I or anyone else can be perfect, no matter what. Even from the Bible's point of view, humans have made mistakes: Adam & Eve at the apple, then Cain murdered Able. From the first four humans that existed, 75% mistake rate, including murder!

Thousands of years later, people are still making mistakes because we're human: parking tickets, wrong meal orders, babies. Michael Jordan said something like "mistakes is how I grow", which means even the greatest of all time makes mistakes. So, I try not to be so hard on myself when I do make a mistake, by realizing that other people have and do make mistakes too. It might suck to make the mistake, but it's totally normal and human.

Changing your mood for the better? I've never tried coke, but I have crushed and snorted my Adderall before. Is the coke high different? Do you feel euphoric? Because that is not the case after "doing a line" of Adderall. Just curious.

It is very euphoric as long as u can get some quality or if not at least do an acetone wash to get rid of some basic cuts ^^. Like I really love dopamine; it takes away all my troubles
