  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at admin@sanctioned-suicide.net.

That's a tough question. I'd say, honestly, probably getting used to hurting yourself. Self-harmers do have an increased risk of suicide. If you get used to cutting yourself, slapping yourself, choking yourself, etc. it's far easier to go through with actual suicide.

In my case, I have wanted to die for a long time but I feel held back by the SI as us humans are programmed to survive. I think in my case, I will reach a point of desperation and hopelessness and I cannot think past the suicidal thoughts. Only then will I be able to leave this world.

I guess it just happens. At one point is comes to you as the definitive answer, the inevitable conclusion. You lose all fear of doing it and sort of yearn for it instinctively.

You'd think so wouldn't you but I honestly disagree. If that was the case I always tried to build myself to be able to cut my throat. As a sh'er I suppose that I have experience in the best ways to make deep wounds as quick as I can. It doesn't help with my si though I can't make my hand move

You just do it when the pain of life surpasses the fear of dying.

When hope is gone for anything else and it's the only option left. It's not my goal to ctb, I just have no other options left and it's intolerable to continue living like this.

I'm waiting for my former workplace to stop paying me, when that's gone so am I.

Covid has delayed that multiple times. I think my x-boss has an idea I'm going to CTB, whatever the reason he keeps extending payments. I'm not in a rush, everything is in place. I stay in bed in my apartment reading and waiting for the call. It's a weird space to live in.
