Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I am thinking about buying a 50 foot rope with a diameter of 5/8 inches. Would this be a good length and thickness? I'm thinking about tying it to my door handles.
Also, for anyone who attempted it, how did it feel? Was it painful? Did you lose consciousness quickly? Why did it fail for you?

All the matter is to find the sweet spot. Once you got it, just make sure the anchor won't break because of your weight and unvoluntary tremors.

I kept pressing certain spots on my neck until I found where I started to pass out. It took me while but it was obvious when I found it. Everyone's anatomy is slightly different. When I found the spot it was a matter of seconds. This is why I'll probably choose hanging over inert gas, which took an obscenely long amount of time before things began to fade.

I tied a belt around my door knob, while on xanax and vodka, this wasn't the first time I tried partial suspension this way, but this time I felt serious about it, so I took all of the xanax I had left, I think it was only like 12mg and drank a sizable amount of vodka in the hopes that I can force myself to pass out, because my previous attempts sober were just too hard to pull off without bailing out and I still didn't have a good grasp on where my cortical was, until that night, I finally managed to apply the pressure into the perfect spot

I found I just started to feel a prickling feeling on my face as blood flow was no longer going to my face, then my vision started to blacken (sorta like when you walk into a dark room after being in the sun) enough where I couldn't keep my eyes open, thanks to the xanax and the fact I'd been practicing for a week ahead of time I wasn't panicking too bad as I was losing consciousness, I was actually kind of excited! Then I just remember opening my eyes again, with the belt loose around my throat and a decent head ache, I'd kinda lost the will to try again at that point so I just went to bed.

It really only took like 45 seconds I think to fully lose consciousness, though I'm not fully sure whether I passed out because of the xanax or if I was doing the partial suspension right. The main thing that will be a source of discomfort before you succumb would be the feeling that your head will explode, and SI ofc, because SI is a bitch
