I am not sure if my teeth will fall out but have this strong feeling they are all going to just plop off one by one because I feel a sore bit in my mouth but not on the teeth itself.
My diet is horrid like seriously omg and I am spooked of asking family opinion.
Does anyone else get these thoughts a lot?

For you to lose teeth you'd likely have to have peradontal disease

Is it your gums that are sore? Could be a gingivitis flare up?

See a dentist! Brush your teeth and floss daily.

Maybe you have an ulcer or some sort of abscess?

I often used to dream about my teeth falling out. A very common anxiety dream apparently.

Teeth almost always decay before falling out. So if you don't see holes in them, or they aren't turning brown/black, you definitely have a good amount of time.

Diet doesn't have much to do with tooth health. You can stain your teeth depending on what you eat, and you can crack them if you chew hard foods or candies.

The one thing I know that does cause rapid tooth decay is use of methamphetamines. If you use those, probably a good idea to start saving up for dentures.

Maybe have foods and vitamins to increase tooth and gum health?

I don't worry about my teeth specifically, but I do worry in general for sure.

Here is a list of symptoms that I found on the internet when I looked up "symptoms that teeth are at risk of falling out:"

"Signs of periodontal disease include swollen gums, bright red or purplish gums, tender gums that bleed easily, receding gums that make the teeth look longer than normal, pus between the teeth and gums, bad breath, loose teeth, painful chewing, and other symptoms."
