Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I have a plan on how I'm going to ctb, but my SI is a bitch. How do I overcome it?

I asked something similar. Seems like there's no "true" way to overcome SI, since it is inescapable. You will always have SI. I don't know, if you ever figure it out let me know, because I'm having the same problem. I'd just wait until I really get desperate and get it over quickly. Not think about it too much, but I know that's hard too.

No fucking idea. I'm planning to put a noose around my neck, then chug a liter of wine and down benzos and go for it.

It seems getting high tends to help people, weed should do it.

Weed actually usually makes me anxious (I've tried all different kinds). I'm very envious of people who get relaxation from it. I think I'm going to drink a lot of alcohol with benzos to try lessen SI. But I wish there was some drug I could get my hands on that makes one feel no emotions. If I felt no fear, sadness, or guilt, I think CTB would be immensely easier.

Choose a method that is fast enough for you to bear the uncomfortableness/pain or a method that you cannot return from (ie jumping, drowning)

benzos, alcohol. As suffering increases SI becomes less dominant. Also practice. being used to acting self destructive.

Try a more Indica heavy strain maybe, usually less THC and more CBD - CBD is the one that makes you nice and relaxed.
Alternatively, you can get flower which is mainly just CBD and less than 0.2% THC or get a CBD vape.
Other stuff like alcohol can help too or even mixed together.
Choosing the right method is also a big part of it.
