How do I help my girlfriend accept that I'm gone before I kill myself

I don't think that is truly possible I'm afraid.

I agree that I don't really think it's possible, the fact is that we exist in this anti suicide society where so many people are selfishly against the right to die, and I see it as being a terrible idea being so open about suicide plans as other people could potentially try and interfere. I guess that there is the option for one to write a suicide letter so those left behind are less likely to be left with unanswered questions, but the fact is that death and loss are simply a part of life, we all have to die and lose everything someday.

One possible way I can think of is fake your suicide first. Pretend that you killed yourself and fly away for a vacation for some months or something. After few months give her a call and say "oh hey, yes I'm still alive but not for long, and yes this time for real". If she gets mad at you for deception, rest assured she won't be that much depressed when you die for real.
