Go to the roughest areas of your state or city and you can get anything but I know social anxiety may stand in your way.

Believe it or not, but the best way to find a drug dealer is going to a place in your city centre where all the homeless people stay (the ones begging for money outside) - most likely one of them will know a drug dealer, tell them you'll offer them a bit of your drugs if they help you, which in theory, if they're addicts - they most likely will. Let me know how it goes :)

I can easily find drug dealers around here, but no one who sells drugs from the pharmacy, it's not that easy.

I'm pretty sure you're looking for benzos? As cheap as alcohol but the faggot GP's/psychiatrists refuse to prescribe them. They're very good for inducing CNS depression with another combo.

Ask "How do I get specific medication X?" That is the question hiding under the one you just asked. You can find a drug dealer, you have directions how. You want to know how to obtain a given medication, preferably with cash. What medication? What country are you in? What other restrictions do you have?
