• Hey Guest,

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

No matter how I phrase this post it makes people in my life that ignore me look terribly evil. And I don't wanna be told that their shitty people and I should just leave them cus I know at the end of the day, no matter what. I can't. I don't see a point in giving context, but how do I deal with getting ignored? I physically can't deal with it and I split over and over and harm myself repeatedly. I'm tired of having to be hurt due to other people's ignorance. I genuinely have no idea how to go about this.

I'm used to being ignored, and for some odd reason, I rather enjoy it. I hate when people bother me(not on SaSu, just everyday people I have to deal with).

Some people take being ignored harder than others. Just don't beat yourself up over it, because it probably won't change their perspective of ignoring you.

You can try to interact more with them and see if it changes. I doubt you will get an honest answer if you ask why you are constantly ignored.

Do you like reading? I know distractions don't work sometimes but with me recently reading has been helping me because I get engrossed in the characters life instead of my own.

Well, you don't want to cut them out...So, how about you bring more people in, if at all possible?

although bpd has no pharmacological treatment, there have been studies since the 90's that have been continuously rechecked and confirmed that taking fish oil omega-3 supplements can help people with bpd in their interpersonal relationships. i have bpd and ive been taking them for like 4 months now? and its dramatically helped me with the feelings of abandonment and emptiness and upset when someone i love doesn't respond to me. its important to know that the EPA in omega-3 fish oil is what helps with this, and the ideal dosage is i believe 1200+ mg of EPA. theres a brand called nature made that sells these supplements with 2800 mgs of omega-3 and about 1300 mg of EPA. those are the ones ive been taking, and i suggest giving them a try if you think it might help. it wont hurt you if it doesnt make things better, in fact, its pretty good for your heart health. i hope this helps :)
