I don't think you need to put in card details to create an account, but have you thought of using those virtual online cards ones like the ones advertised on privacy.com? Haven't personally used them but I don't see why they shouldn't work

They used to be everywhere in the UK too, I dont know what exactly happened but it seems as if they all vanished. I'll check out virtual Visa gift card and see what I will find
People have claimed the UK went to homes of people buying SN, I dont want them to knock on my door and question me. SN has, supposedly, been used in explosive so they might think I'm making that stuff and put me in jail or a loony bin if I'm 'lucky' and they believe me when I tell them the truth, I could lie and say I'm using it for hot-dogs or sterilising purposes but I dont know if they'd believe that excuse
That was a one off time from when it was available on the auction site. I ordered and received it from IC, didn't even stay in customs.
