I have 100g sodium nitrite but I'm afraid of pain if I take it.

I want to know what I should buy (i'm guessing painkillers) and do to help it be painless. I want to get all the materials together that I need so I can end my life painlessly.

I am 23 yrs old male, 72-73kgs.

please help

Have you seen Stan's Guide- going as close as possible to these directions gives you the best chance for this to happen. The link follows:
https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/stans-guide-to-sn.27535/

By the way, considering your young age it could be helpful to post your reasons for wanting to ctb to see if people might have ideas to help short of ctb. I do always support choice, but it's worth it to see if people can help before following through with ctb. At a younger age there are more opportunities to turn things around, and other people's ideas may help, so it's worth it to keep this in mind.

You just need 1000mg of paracetamol for it to be painless. There's not much pain associated with sn. Just a slight headache, some warm feeling in the throat. Maybe a big of nausea and then you fall asleep :-)

Read the guide. An antiemetic is recommended.

The AE is to help with not vomiting but you can still vomit with AE. The paracetamol is what you need or some sort of beta blocker to decrease comfort.

Not quite how it's been described. I haven't taken it so I don't know. A racing heart is often mentioned and propranolol is advised for this.

From what I've read the increase in heart rate and the naseua are what causes the most discomfort

I think it would be better if we had surgery to remove the physical pain from being transmitted to the brain!

Is it allowed to use mint bubblegum or chocolate? Wouldn't that cause any negative effect on SN metabolism?

The chocolate is very likely to increase risk of vomiting and a failed attempt. Gum probably less so.

how much propranolol?
There are a few meds and the details are in Stan's guide. which is pretty sbort and only takes a few minutes to read, so it's well worth the timje to read this and then dosage and other questions are all answered in there. :)

All the details of the meds and their timing- there are two different options- are listed in Stan's Guide.

An hour if I remember correctly. It is also written in Stan's guide. Just use the search bar to find it

Through the reports of successful and unsuccessful sn attempts there have been descriptions of these symptoms. Did I forget something?

very unfortunate to survive a fucking 12 gauge thru the skull
There was a video on this site of someone who did this- if you blow your face off you won't bleed out, most likely, you'll survive.

Young age isn't a guarantee to turn things around… far from it. As a young person, I get tired of people spewing this nonsense. Many of us have actually had our lives progressively get worse and it is unfair to try and convince a young person to stay when one has zero knowledge of what their life story is and why they want to off themselves in the first place. I'm 25 and was always believing the BS lie that things would get better. That's a rare circumstance

I am not saying that it is a guarantee at all, I am saying that there is a lot more opportunity in the world to make improvements when you are younger. I support choice for any adult age person, but I also know that if I could go back and talked to myself, with the right information, for ten minutes when I was 18 my life would have turned out very well- I'm sure of it. This is not always the case- and the information that is needed will vary by person, and enough information won't always work. But a fairly high percentage of people under 30 could make their lives worth living if they knew the right steps to take for their situation., if they could figure out which people around them to turn to for help and if they knew what steps to take to help themselves.

That's very far from true. A lot of us have already had that "second chance" in life as it is. Youth is not a bigger guarantee that shit can be repaired.

It's not s bigger guarantee at all, it's just that life itself gives more opportunities to people who are younger- that doesn't mean it will work out. I just know with maybe a fiuvve minute chat with myself at 18 from me now would have changed the whole course of my life- not that this i strue for everyone. IN my fifties I've had the insights I need throughout my life, but it's been too late to apply them now. It is triue that mnay younger people won't find solutions, but the world gives more chances by far finanicially and socially during this time in life.

Yeah no, no it doesn't. Maybe when you were growing up opportunities were everywhere but nowadays it doesn't work that way for young people. Generations have changed and unfortunately people in your generation made sure to mess up a lot for us in terms of financial and social advancement. This is a topic consistently debated

I think it's different for everyone and the wise thing to do is to at least try to mention to the younger crowd that things could change for them and open their minds to different possibilities because a lot of them don't see them in a lot of them haven't even tried exercising all avenues of help.
