Easier method - stand 100M away from a wall. Tilt your head forward. Run as fast as you can and collide into the wall head first. High chance you'll pass out instantly.

Get down in a frog position.
Start hyperventilating.
Keep going.

Put your thumb in your mouth and blow but dont let out any air.

Use a belt... like in a partial hanging. I did that, i passed out in 5-7 s Do it on a bed, i was in my bathroom and when i dit it i felt to the ground i dislocated my shoulder !
