Right next to your tickets, there should be an open ticket button. At least that's what I see on my end.

Weird? I wonder why you don't have the option? Maybe it's because you don't have enough activity, because I think they lock certain features behind having enough interaction on the site such as the chat option and certain forums. Yeah, I would just say wait since you posted on the thread and see if the mods get back to you, they would obviously be able to help.

Click on support the drop down list should have open new ticket. Use that to start new ticket. You can check back later to see results using YOUR Tickets to view them.
