Help How can I deal with SI?

I want to be away for soooo long but SI always overtakes me. . i'm always on the verge of buying SN but my thoughts won't let me. . .

I just want the pain to stop why won't fate let me go?

I can relate to this. Logically, I feel I have every reason to CTB and none to keep living... but I just can't get myself to take the SN.
I'm not sure if this will help, but have you tried reminding yourself that buying SN isn't a death sentence- that it's just there as an option? That helped me get over my fear of purchasing it, at least. You bought the key to the door, but you don't have to unlock it yet.
