I have CPTSD and a physical health problem that together don't allow me to relax very often. I have trouble digesting info in books because my mind is a constant storm. I'd like to really think this through. If I knew my issues were permanent, then I would have my answer.

Have you tried drugs? Not pot, although I do know people who already have anxiety and smoke it for that, but I mean downers. Like opiates. They slow everything down and let you sink to a very comfortable idle. Pull up the blanket and calm the fuck down, exist on the verge of sleeping and comfiness. I love them, and no one ever throws some my way. Cheap fucking doctors, in denial about being drug dealers with fancy coats...lol

You'll know. When it's the time u won't hesitate. If you are hesitating, you need more time alive to think.

CPTSD can usually be treated or at least managed with the right therapy, although that can be very expensive/difficult. I found practicing meditation (especially the yoga nidra or "mind awake, body asleep" technique) really helped me learn how to quiet my mind down and just be present, so I can work through my emotions. There are some good guided meditations on YouTube to help get you into it if you're interested.

A great question. Nobody ever has the perfect point of view, but having to make a decision of this magnitude in such a bad state of mind is an epic tragedy of circumstance.

I don't want sudden clarity while I'm falling to my death.

Only the individual knows when the time is right for them to leave but if one doesn't exit on their own terms then eventually they will just die anyway. I feel like it makes little sense questioning if death is the right thing for somebody as death is the only thing we are destined for, there's no escaping it, and we are only just waiting to cease existing.

Existence is just a meaningless and futile distraction from the fact that death is inevitable, nobodys suffering is permanent, eventually the suffering will end no matter what.
