• Hey Guest,

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I guess it depends on how sensitive your stomach is and also how tolerable to pain you are. I suppose it is not a pleasant feeling.

By 'sensitive stomach', do you mean a medically diagnosed condition? Or just a stomach that you think is more sensitive than most people?

Well I've seen it described by one user as "a hot coal ember in my stomach that wouldn't go out." It's only anecdotal though.

Said user panicked, went to the hospital, and survived. I won't name them though for privacy sake.

I'm not trying to fearmonger I just wanted to give a worst case scenario type thing. There have been other users who said it really wasn't all that bad, again anecdotal at best.

I mean irritable bowel syndrome.
Meto alone can have a huge effect in terms of IBS. I think SN is a roll of the dice in general. But people with any type of gastrointestinal disorders have been advised against this method.

While I certainly don't agree that 'SN is a roll of the dice in general' (!), I agree that it is definitely not the method of preference for those with gastrointestinal disorders. You would need to do more research and browsing of relevant threads here to work out whether your particular condition will either (a) cause more pain with SN, (b) cause SN to be less effective (even to the point of failing), or (c) both. You then need to work out if these factors are tolerable to you.

It was @MysticPerception. S/he shared that info publicly to educate others. I believe it was added to the most active thread anecdotal successes and failures as well. S/he also rated the level of pain, I think it was 3/10.

I am a bit worried in this issue too. I am easy to have diarrhea in my daily life.

I can't recall in what SN info thread I read this, but my understanding is that unless one gets help or is rescued there isn't enough time for the SN to go far enough through the digestive tract for diarrhea, but I'd check the successes/failures to confirm if anyone reported it.
