Weather is hot here in western Europe right now. It increases my suicidality and I'm so tired right now. Bad sleep since nights. If it's like that the whole summer, I'm pretty sure I'll ctb before september. I'm near railways but I'd really like to avoid this method for obvious reasons.

This weekend, 2 persons died in France after running under hot weather. Everytime I'm jealous of these people...

I have reverse seasonal affective disorder, so summer is always an awful time for me, mostly for the same reasons. It is so damn hot and bright and I can not sleep.

It gets very hot and extremely humid where I live which just makes the heat even worse. Summers here are long, too. It absolutely makes me feel far more suicidal and my depression worse.

Interestingly,I think this is a wonderful way to go because you'll just feel yourself getting really tired and then go unconscious and pass away.

I have no problem with the summer, it actually puts me in a good mood, but then again my home is air conditioned so it's still comfortable inside .

Rainy season, on the other hand, although my favorite is not good for my mood I guess . There's a certain melancholy that comes with it.

Yeah temperature have been rising up super fast here, it's probably gonna be a very hot summer...

I should have been in the bus 6 month ago when it was still cold and the weather was cloudy...oh well it is what it is...

Wonder what's more "peaceful", hypothermia or heatstroke ?

So you're saying in the rainy season your style becomes tempestuous?

I am super smart and PERFECT in winter but I become stupid and not reliable in summer. Broken air conditioner is my worst nightmare.

Could be an electrolyte issue. So when we lose electrolytes through sweat in the summer , we get brain fog and fatigue. Might want to up your sodium, potassium, magnesium and call me in the morning, let me know how it goes.

To my knowledge, I feel like heatstroke would be more peaceful. It makes you feel so heavy and tired that it's almost like sleeping under a weighted blanket.

In the state I currently live in it's always very hot and humid, so I tend to feel very hot a lot of the time. I love the cold, and hate the heat, so I'm very easily overwhelmed with the humidity. It just makes me feel so tired and sluggish, and I'm grateful for any chance to curl up on the ground to sleep, even if that means sleeping on the sidewalk. IIRC you'll usually be unconscious before heart failure or cardiac arrest in this situation, but I'm not sure.

Hypothermia, in my (limited) experience, makes you so cold that you begin to feel like you're burning alive. It feels so itchy! It feels like every nerve in your body is screaming for help, causing that itchiness. It's very overstimulating and... eugh. I know that eventually your body will become so frozen that you don't feel anymore, but I don't think that the end justifies the means in this situation.

I'm unsure if I have reverse SAD, but summer break always ruins my structure and routine which makes me end up in bed all day. I love the cold so very much! I wish I could be in it again, but summer is far too long...
