I'm six months at my job today and it's my first "big girl" job – my boss is out of office though so I have been busy but at peace.
I wore my favorite outfit in my whole closet and treated myself to frozen yogurt for lunch, got so many flavors and toppings.
A new VHS arrives in the mail today and I'll have time to watch it tonight. Tomorrow is the weekend so I'll watch a movie and have cereal in the morning in my 90s cartoons bowls.
Breakfast was two delicious types of melon, the canteloupe was decadently soft, and the watermelon was super duper red and juicy. My coffee grinds are almost out, so I get to savor my current roast and flavor tomorrow, then switch on Sunday.
It's also Friday! And sunny!
Today has been a good day and life is worth living

In my office I'm the coffee guy, make the office pot. And today we finished a big bag of dark roast that didn't seem popular - every day there was leftover that I dumped.

What's your favorite roast?
Monday it'll be medium dark for colleagues. I'm curious how that will be.

So far, I got up to watch my movie (Adventures in Babysitting, it was adorable) and had my cereal, we will soon go to the seaside and beach and go fishing. We went to the pool yesterday, I got tan! and I swam! and it was quite nice. I went to bed watching T2 and I think I was the happiest girl in the world for a while. Even if people just got married that night, or had a new baby, or had some achievement, for a few moments of my own, I was the most blissful person on all the earth.
In the car there was a spider, I told my husband, who does he think he is tagging along uninvited? I'll show him, who's the boss. Then it landed on me. I screamed. I had to quickly eat my words and my husband was laughing…

Normally I'm for medium or dark roast, I like flavors as well. Mocha, vanilla, cinnamon. I will try orange in this next roast. Not sure how will that go, but it seemed summery and interesting, so I thought I'll bite.
I never heard of "cross" roasts like medium and dark in one. Does it fall squarely between both, or lean to one more?
I'm sorry about the waste of coffee. But it's really kind and generous of you to always keep it going and make the pot. You are more crucial than you think!, a lot of people's productivity and positive attitude probably is all due to your kindness in pot making and watching.

Like Adventures in Babysitting, I'll call your role as: adventures in coffee sitting…
