Update:
I just checked. They charged her husband for abuse, aggravated abuse, and neglect of an elderly person or disabled adult.

Specifically, looking at the statute, I assume it's for active encouragement of any person to commit an act that results or could reasonably be expected to result in physical or psychological injury to an elderly person or disabled adult.

So.... "enabling" her I suppose. I'm so pissed. They want to pretend she couldn't think for herself, but then also charge her?
