From what I read both types of bullets are lethal, the difference is that hollow points do more damage but if I shoot myself in the heart with a 9 mm handgun and regular bullets then I die right? The most important things are the placement of the bullet and the calliber, if the bullet hits the heart then it's still lethal whether it's a hollow point or regular bullet. Any opinions are welcomed
