I'm starting to get angry, and I shouldn't be. I'm starting to deny things, ignore (more) things, and make it obvious.
"Why do we need to do this?"
Because we're a bunch of idiots. We work on holidays when nobody else works at the company. We serve the clients of people who are sleeping at home. I have scars all over my body, suicidal impulses, and a ruined life, but of course the sales team coordinator who does nothing is going to yell because he's stressed, and that's okay, you know, he suffers so much. He's the one who rips the skin off his arm. He's the one who smells his own burning flesh. He's the one who scratches his scars every day. He's the one who screams into his pillow at night and hangs himself to try to pass out and fall asleep faster. It's okay, let us handle it. We do more, we know how to do more! We're normal and don't have problems.
