HIGH: dentist giving me too much nitrous oxide

LOW: monthly email from my crooked landlord reminding me to pay my OVERPRICED rent. Ugh!!!

It's all just suffering to me, I see no benefit to being burdened with this dreadful, torturous existence and all I want is to never suffer ever again, I'll always see it as an abomination to exist and I suffer simply from existing.

For me only non-existence is positive and is just all I'll hope for as long as I suffer in this existence that just causes pain and problems there were never a need for with no limit as to how much one can be tortured, I find it so deeply undesirable to exist in every way and I find it so unbearable how a human can suffer for so long in this deeply undesirable existence just to die in agony from old age.

Highs: I get the house to myself for a few hours ; My nephew will be born in a few weeks

Lows: my brother dislocated his shoulder overnight again, and I didn't know until I went to walk the family dog at sunrise

It's never a dull moment with my family

Low: a fire near where I work snarled everything and my morning commute was 2h 53m instead of 1h
