Ctb tomorrow, my method is SN, here's my protocol, please let me know if it needs any tweaking:

24 hours prior to CTB: Start fasting with minimal water consumption
6 hours prior to CTB: Dry fasting from this point onwards
1.5 hours prior to CTB: 3 x 20 mg meto with 30 minute intervals
45 minutes prior to CTB: 1000 mg Tylenol, 3 x 100 mg Zoloft
Time of CTB: 2 x glasses of 25 gms of SN dissolved in 50 mL of water (consume the second glass if vomitting occurs)

I will also be extremely sleep deprived so that I can fall asleep quickly after taking the SN.
