Don't Cry for Me, I'm Already Dead

As per @Helpless77 's final wish, he wanted me to inform everyone that he has successfully ctb. From what he told me, him and his partner drove deep into a forest and used N as their method, he went first and his partner kept me updated on his condition up until his final moments where he confirmed to me that he had passed on and logged out of his account. From what i could tell, based on what his partner said, his death was mostly peaceful with minimal suffering. This was several hours ago but I decided I would wait on the off chance that he had survived, that appears not to be the case.

He was a fairly new and inactive member of the forum, joining in late November. We had been talking on and off for the last week and a half, up until his final hours. Looking back on it, our conversations were fairly basic, we predominantly talked about movies, in particular, Die Hard and Monty Python's Life Of Brian as well as discussing my homeland, Australia.

There was no doubt that he was ready to go, he reassured me several times that he was excited, calm and glad that his time was almost up. He told me that he thoroughly enjoyed his last full day on Earth, he went to a spa and had his last meal at an expensive restaurant, a steak. The only thing he seemed to regret (at least that he informed me of), was that he didn't have one final beer before his attempt. In the last message he sent me, he said goodbye and that he was appreciative of the fact that I was there to talk to him in his final days.

I'm not sure who else on this forum he interacted with, if anyone, but I could tell he was a great person who had a big heart even though I only got to talk to him for such a small period of time.

Rest easy Stefan

Thanks for sharing that. It must be quite surreal speaking with somebody under those circumstances.

It sounds pretty idyllic to go out in the wild with a loved one. I can't help wondering if his partner went through with it even though its of no consequence. I so desperately want to witness the use of vetinary N. Not for any morbid reasons of course. Just for the sake of any understanding I can glean from it. I guess were all different so there's only so much to be gleaned FWIW.

I do hope they are truly better off now than they were.

Are you able to disclose which part of the world they were in? I only ask so I can attempt to monitor the local news.

Thanks again for the info/report!

I chatted with him. He is from Germany in his early 40s and he informed me that he wanted to hang himself so I am glad he chose to use N instead. May he rest in peace

I'm pleased he was able to use the N method which I imagine would be less painful

I'm also hoping he has not left too many bereaved behind

Maybe this will put to rest all the threads/questions about getting N in Germany. Seems like lots of people have been worried about this lately for one reason or another.

I can't help but wonder how thier partner will handle this- do they call the police then, and will the police then investigate the oartner to make sure they didn't assist, which is illegal in many places. I hope they clearly know the legal iaaues wherever they are located so that this does not cause a problem.
Seems to me that the partner intended to CTB as well?
So as long as they themselves successfully CTB that scenario won't play out

I hope their partner will be ok and not have any legal issues related to this- it sounds like they planned this carefully so hopefully not.

For reference, his partner was going to commit suicide after he informed me that Stefan had passed on, now whether he actually succeeded with that, there is of course, no way of definitively telling, assuming he has also passed on then he will obviously face no legal trouble.

As @zeroornothing indicated, this happened in Germany, if you wanted to follow it in the news look out for two bodies found in the back of a mini van (im assuming), he told me they were going to do all this in the back of their mini van that they drove into the forest with. All I know about the partner/friend is that he's some kind of pharmacist, not sure if they will mention that if it makes the news.

I doubt they would have been found yet, might not be found for a few days, depending on how far into the forest they are.

Thanks for the details- if he's a pharmacist we can be very confident he was able to ctb.

Aww they loved each other? 🥺 Talk about a death most people could envy. Barely do people who love one another end up exiting at the same time. I hope they're resting in peace without a care or concern in the world.
