• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

    👉 View the ledger here

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

My psyquiatrist is giving me less medication than before because I stopped cutting and trying to kill myself 5 months ago. Now I feel worse and I think I'm gonna fall again, I don't know what to do... I'm just 19 and people say I got a lot to live, but I don't see it like that.
I'm borderline and I got social anxiety.

I think you should discuss this with your psychiatrist, and make sure they know your concerns.

Always give 100% - unless you’re donating blood.

Make an urgent appointment with your psychiatrist and tell them how you're feeling. It's very common for people to appear to get better and then feel worse again. You'll probably need an increase in your medication for a while, your psychiatrist should be understanding of this.
