I feel like my mother is close to finding a put my self harm and my suicidal thoughts. how do I hide them and ensure she doesn't..?

use skin cream if you have any to hide the scars. rub it in well and do it regularly. I used a brand called Cetraben for the awful scratches on my forearm and it just turned them into this slightly darker and reddish little blob on my skin

Depends on where you self harmed, you might try wearing long sleeves or longer shorts/trousers.
