Help with tourniquet method

I need to go soon. I should have already been dead but the tourniquet method is being dumb

Without padding it pinches skin on my neck and it's uncomfortable, with padding I don't black out at all, and it pinches after a while

I had the idea of a second tourniquet but idk

Someone please help, I need to die soon
