Help. (With the site, this isn't a cry for help, I need technical support.)

So, I tried finding some sort of support service on the site, but when I press the support button, it just shows me that I have no "Tickets" whatever that means, and I don't see any button to make a ticket, so I'm lost. My issue is with private messages. Whenever I try to open my private messages or click on a notification that says "This person has sent you a private message" or whatever the fuck it says, I'm just transferred to a blank page. I can still scroll, and the interface is there so I can click on the 3 lines in the top left, and search, but otherwise it's blank. And I am very confused. Mod support would be appreciated.

If this doesn't work out then you might not have that feature as of now? Not sure exactly how it works but I'd assume you'd need more posts/reaction score to unlock it or a specific amount of messages on the site?

You can always send a conversation back to that person asking them about why they sent you a private message and tell them that you're unable to view private messages as of now.

Okay, yeah I don't have that option yet. I just assumed I had it because I can already create threads and the rules mentioned both perks in the same sentence so I assumed they are unlocked together. Thanks for the help.

I am posting here so I can find this also in the future. I think I saw somewhere that you need 10 reactions 10 replies (or 10 of each both?) to be able to private message.

Don't quote me though because my memory is pretty bad.

If anyone knows the exact link to the rules page, that would also help
