Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Is there any tips on how do PSH better? Everytime I give it a go, I never seem to 'black out in seconds' as the guide says so. The most I'll feel is my head pounding and it feeling like it's about to explode. Please help.
If you feel your head pounding, it means that you are blocking only your jugulars. To block the carotid arteries, make sure the noose is self constricting when applying weight (I have made this mistake before by tying the noose the wrong way) and put pressure by kneeling as much as possible. Use padding such as folded socks to put more pressure on the carotid arteries. You should feel lightheaded and dizzy and this would take 15-30 seconds. If you block the carotids immediately then consciousness will be lost in around 10 seconds.
On top of what @ZeinaStar30 said, placement of the noose is very important. For some people, placing the noose above the Adam's apple works better for obstructing the carotid arteries, for others it works better by placing it below the Adam's apple. You have to find where your carotid arteries are. The most common recommendation for this it to take your fingers to try and compress the side of your neck. If you do it correctly, you should feel a sensation of dizziness and losing control over your movements, perhaps even blacking out as some people are able to do. It's very dependent on each person.
