Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I pretty much have everything I need for the exit bag method using nitrogen, but I don't really like the crinkly oven roasting bags as I don't think they're particularly nice having them over your head. Can anyone recommend somewhere to buy a tough non-crinkly bag?

Or if someone could just give me a description of the type of bag I should be looking for that would also be handy, thanks!

Found this. Don't know if it's of any help, though. I had to insert link in as text because Scribd was screwing up the link and turning it into Media by linking it normally. Better to view it on their website. You need to remove the word "REMOVE" that I added before scribd.

If I may make a suggestion...just go to your hardware store and get a bag that is thick plastic and about the same size as a turkey oven bag...like the ones at the fair that they give you with the goldfish you won but bigger. It should be airtight and you should test it.

Try searching for "5 mil brining bag"
Brining bags can come thinner, like 2 mil, so read the fine print 😊
(These are not oven bags, they are like the goldfish bag mentioned above. Which is a fantastic visual btw @AllAloneAndSad )
