Method Helium and plastic bag

So i recently heard about the method of using helium along with a plastic bag, but i'm unsure on the details. You're supposed to secure a see through plastic bag around your head, with rope or tape, and get a tube in under it which is connected to a helium tank? How much helium is necessary? What kind of tube? The bag?

I live outside the US, and was actually a bit unsure on how to even acquire it as i barely see any options, i found one decent option for helium tanks, idk about tubes tho

Keep in mind that balloon party sets started to contain helium "contaminated" with oxygen. That's due to people trying hard to change their voice for too long and passing out in the process.

Well, those are very elaborate setups, getting the user as close to Sarco pod as possible. Bare minimum is:
-gas tank with some inert gas inside, preferably nitrogen as it gets as close to a natural atmosphere as possible.
-pressure regulator to make gas release controllable and stable
-plastic bag to put over your head
-some kind of hose to connect gas tank with your bag
-duct tape to secure the bag and the hose.

I my case, the plastic bag has elastic and I will tape the hose to my face. I will also use one wrist zip tied to the chair and the other zip tied to the other wrist. That is just me.
