I can kinda understand why the annoying social workers always think i'm trans and waste my time with that kind of stuff thanks to my femboy looks, but this new psychiatrist and therapy i'm being forced to go to has reached new heights. They've given me a ''borderline personality disorder'' and virtually every single justifications ive got so far are , roughly translated : ''Look at what you're wearing, you're clearly histrionic and seeking attention !'' ''the jackets you wear are too theatrical and flashy, you must want to be the center of everyone's attention at all time !'' ''You're clearly way too demanding of people, look at how overly well groomed you are, surely you expect everyone to be like that too !'' Also a few hard to translate to english remarks about my hair, which kinda just sounded like the therapist being jealous and salty that i have nicer hair than her. Not related to the dumbest diagnostic ive ever received, but also got these amazing gems: ''No one will want to date you, your scars will scare any girl away'' ''You look scary and impossible to approach, no girl will want you''.

Back when i was a fat neckbeard i kept being bullied and told i needed to loose weight, dress better, take care of myself more or else no one would ever want to date me. After years and a metric ton of effort invested in doing those things, i get bullied... for being a slim stylish well groomed femboi. It's... well... why did I even fucking bother lol.

Yeah the doctors and therapists and social workers of canada are definitely garbage from my experience as well. It's really appalling and reflects what a heap of BS this country is really about. It's one of the most passive aggressive societies that exists and the only thing its good at is branding itself as everything it's not. Very sorry to hear that you've been so mistreated.

The medical system has completely and utterly failed me. I have absolutely no respect for heath care at this point.

Personal to me, but I have been treated horrifically by "health care" workers and to add insult to injury, have been expected to pay for their cruelty.

Some may be lucky to get someone good, and I am happy for them. But it has not been the case for me.

My heart hurts for anyone who has gone through this - it is terrible.

If it was the other way around and you did not care too much about your appearance they would say that you are a "raggedy-ass", have no self-respect or just call you a "bum". just learns us to look the way we want and comfortable with. but yeah this is so dumb I'm sorry you have to listen to that bullshit. like why do they even care about your looks? it's none of their business.

At this point i'm almost convinced they're jealous that a guy is cuter than them and they're being asshats about it. Thankfully ive managed to get my semi decent social worker to go screech at the psychiatrist, hopefully they'll maybe at least stop bullying me a bit. Or even better they'd actually help me with the stuff ive been diagnosed that's an actual thing affecting my life, like the whole social phobia and depression thing, instead of wasting my time with moon logic diagnostics.
If they don't stop bullying me ive decided to just gradually up my level of extravagance to a point where i'll just show up in full victorian officer uniform, with an Astolfo wig, and do my best Monthy Python impersonation. Nobody expects the kawaiiquisition.

Trying to get help? You're obviously not sick enough to need help. Not trying hard enough? You obviously don't need the help if you're not looking for it.

Look after yourself well? There's nothing wrong and you must be attention seeking. Don't look after yourself enough? You're just lazy and not trying.

I really want to know what you're meant to be like to fit into this tiny portion of people who are deemed worthy of help.


Also, it's starting to really piss me off how gender identity is used as a cop out by mental health professionals right now. If you're gender nonconforming and struggle with your mental health, you must be trans. And if you're trans and struggle with your mental health, it must be BECAUSE you're trans. Guess it's just the next easy thing for them to latch onto to get rid of patients.
