I'm in the UK for context.

I am desperate for any kind of help because I've felt what life is like when I'm not constantly suffering and I really enjoyed it but the healthcare system is an actual joke. My GP practice only allows "emergency appointments" for the whole of August for whatever reason so my mum got an appointment only to not be seen after an hour of waiting. She was there to get me preventative medication for my migraines because I get around 10 every month and the only way they pass is through taking migraleve which you're not supposed to take long term because it's addictive. I go through a whole box of it a month.

My migraines are triggered by a lot of things but the big one is stress which seeing as I have two anxiety disorders which are at an all time high it's constantly triggering them and I'm exhausted. The mental health services have a long waiting list so I can't even get medication for my anxiety despite it being so severe for the past 2 years that I'm completely homebound. The NHS offers funding for people who they aren't able to help and I really need that funding so I can see the Pottergate Centre who specialise in the type of trauma I went through which the NHS can't help with, I've literally been told they can't. But guess what? I need the GP for that who I can't see until September because this isn't seen as an emergency despite me being on the verge of CTB from how bad my anxiety and migraines are.

Because my anxiety is so bad that I'm completely unable to leave my house again I doubt I'll be able to see my therapist which was the only way I left my house because I felt very comfortable with her but now even the thought of going outside brings me to the verge of a panic attack. I started self harming again to just get myself through the day, I'm exhausted, I can't keep going much longer.

It might be possible to find management strategies on your own and work outside the "system". For example, you might want to experiment with caffeine. Some it it helps migraines, others that it makes it worse. If it works for you, it could be a management tool you can make use of.

There are all sorts of supplements to reduce anxiety that you might experiment with as well.

Oh I've tried all of these, working through the system is honestly a last resort because I don't want to deal with it. I had a caffeine addiction for a while but it did a lot of damage to my body so I had to cut them out, I still do use it of my migraines are especially bad.
I also limit exposure to triggers, I have a dehumidifier in my room, avoid dairy and have a consistent sleep schedule though this one is suffering because my anxiety comes with insomnia.

I prefer non medical approaches tbh, mostly because I'm tired of doctors telling me I'm too young to have chronic migraine.

NHS is fucking useless. Go private if you can afford it. If not, put as much pressure on the NHS as you can, at every stage. Be as fucking manipulative as you can. Be persistent
